Our big annual event and fundraiser is four weeks away, and besides a stylish new name, this year we have more fun, more food, more beverages and, wait for it… more tables!

We noticed at last year’s event that places to set your beverage were at a premium, so we wrangled up some tray tables and now — like any posh fundraiser — are offering not only discount advanced tickets online, but also the option to purchase a table for your corporate or collegiate group (or just you and some friends), and get some posh perks.

Each “table” of tickets for (up to) six people includes a front-row table (and chairs!) for the fashion show with a chef-prepared plate for your group, and recognition in the program. Of course like all advance ticket holders you will also whiz by the day-of ticket line at the door, and if you arrive a bit late the chef’s plate will save you a trip through the food line and ensure you get samples from all of our tasty food donors, like Coit Road Farmer’s Market, Ohio City Provisions, Luxe, Root Cafe, Sainatos, and The Flat Iron Cafe (just to mention those who have confirmed so far).

Please note: tables are only available for the price of 6 advance tickets — but that doesn’t mean you have to bring five friends! And, yes, they are just tray tables — we haven’t gotten that posh!

Want to attend, but just feel so pampered that you need to bus some tables?

Help us put on a great party (and get shop credits towards your door ticket!) by volunteering as a greeter, food-wrangler, or bike-game “carney”!

We need lots of help to hold this event, so if you have at least two hours to spare just before or during the evening, and have attended an OCBC volunteer orientation (7pm on the 1st or 3rd Wed. evenings, so you have two more chances before the event) you can sign up for day-of volunteer tasks. Help us meet our goals of presenting an excellent event, exemplary bike education, and lots of fun activities!

Model “auditions” for Winter cycling fashion show — and a new category for non-winter cycling fashion: creative bikes and stylish attitudes sought!

If you have bike stuff to show off that you think would add to our main event — the on-bike, runway fashion show — we would love to hear about it and may feature you and your bike in this year’s expanded show. Actually we’d prefer to read about it, if you’d care to fill out this form with at least the basics (we’d get more details from you if needed for the show); and are able to attend a rehearsal on Saturday 12/2 4pm, and arrive by 6pm the evening of the show.  Let’s see some style!
