It is with great sadness that we inform you all that one of our most active volunteers, fondly known as Buddha, had his life taken due to domestic violence. Details are still coming in, but we wanted to let everyone in the OCBC community know of his passing.

Buddha started volunteering at the OCBC back in 2015, and quickly became a part of our community. He was always willing to help someone fix a flat, make adjustments to their bike, or just find their way around. He loved the community that the OCBC provided, and could be found here most times we were open.

Services will be held at Nesbitt Funeral Home on Monday at 10am. To help with expenses, the Family has a go fund me set up.

If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic violence, know that there is help.
