Tuesday Trainer sessions at OCBC started this January, with a great group of motivated folks with diverse backgrounds, fitness levels, and equipment choices.  The music is pumping, the leaders have been inspiring, and the salvage room has been neat and tidy — thanks to a great crew of volunteers!

There is still room, and a trainer stand or two available if needed. It is a great way to get in the swing with some folks who know how to do it! We can even provide a rental bike if you need one or a space in the project room, if don’t want to bring your bike in every week.  Look here for more info and link to registration.
