We’d like to start off this story telling series with our very own Board President, Theresa Augustine.
Theresa grew up in Hudson Ohio, and loved riding her bike around her neighborhood with all the other kids from the time she was 5 and her father taught her how to ride. Fast forward to present, and Theresa is a software Solutions Analyst and has become quite involved in the cycling community.
When she isn’t bicycle touring, serving on our board of directors as president, or helping WTF friends find their way around their own bicycles, she enjoys rolling up her sleeves and getting her hands dirty with her own bike projects, and keeping her 4 bicycles clean and well lubed to ensure it rides smoothly.
Theresa came to us initially to find all the gear she needed for her first big bicycle tour. From that experience, she joined the board and hasn’t looked back since. Even with all this experience, Theresa still has some things on her bicycle bucket list, including learning more about derailleur adjustments and disc brakes.
